Cooking 5 kinds of pork. So glad I don’t keep kosher.
For those keeping score, that is boneless pork loin, bone in loin roast (those are quite different… just try them…) ribs, sausage, and boudin. Never cooked boudin. Only had the microwave kind. But the meat market had it so I decided it should be in my pit. Happy birthday to the kid who can’t eat any of this stuff.
